Children ages 6–11 can practice reading aloud to a trained therapy dog at Savage Library. The October 6 session features Blue the Golden Retriever. Registration is recommended so each reader can make an appointment with the certified therapy dog. The program takes place in the Savage Small Meeting Room at 13090 Alabama Avenue. The reading hour runs from 4 to 5 p.m.
