New and prospective members can learn about the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce at its October 28 orientation. Check-in and networking run from 8:45 to 9 a.m., followed by a presentation from 9 to 10 a.m. in Think Bank’s upstairs Community Room. The monthly gathering introduces opportunities for committee involvement, networking, regional events and business marketing or advertising. New company representatives are also welcome. Each attendee is invited to introduce themselves and give a 30-second description of their business or role. The program provides a chance to meet other participants and understand the Chamber’s activities.
