Developmental Hockey Ice gives hockey skaters an hour to practice individually or take a private lesson with an instructor. Skaters age seventeen or younger must have on-ice supervision and wear all required equipment; the supervising instructor must also wear skates. Helmets are recommended for adults and adult instructors. Each instructor may bring up to eight skaters. Everyone must check in at the main office and pay before going onto the ice. Admission is $20 per skater for the hour. The session takes place at Burnsville Ice Center, 251 Civic Center Parkway.
